The mission of the “Ambassadors” is to promote the dissemination of knowledge of the peculiarities of heroic viticulture and its wines
Premise
The CERVIM, in order to promote the dissemination of knowledge of the peculiarities of heroic viticulture, has established the figure of Ambassador "Cervim- Heroic Viticulture".
Heroic viticulture that takes on a significant importance for the many aspects that it protects and preserves, both material and immaterial: from the anthropic landscape to traditions, from viticultural biodiversity to cultivation techniques refined over time, capable of making inaccessible and productive areas that today represent a heritage, including landscape, of inestimable value and in whose territories are produced wines of great quality, many of which produced from native vines.
Regulation:
Art. 1 - Establishment
Cervim establishes the honorary recognition “Cervim Ambassador – Heroic Viticulture-, with the aim of promoting viticulture and heroic wines.
Art. 2 – Characteristics of the Ambassadors
The awards are given to personalities linked to this particular viticulture, for passion, knowledge of the places or because they work directly in these contexts.
Art. 3 – Mission of the Ambassadors
The mission of the “Ambassadors” is to promote the dissemination of knowledge of the peculiarities of heroic viticulture and its wines to institutions, researchers, technicians, enthusiasts or subjects who directly or indirectly operate in the world of wine and, more generally, to the general public.
The subjects to whom the title of “Ambassador” is conferred also promote the objectives and initiatives of Cervim, both nationally and internationally, at institutions, bodies and organizations in different sectors.
